Important Appointment Booking Policy
Consultation fees may vary depending on the complexity and duration of the consultation. Please ensure you book the appropriate appointment length of time for your needs. We value and respect the time of both our patients and staff and strive to minimize unnecessary waiting times. Appointments are scheduled for a specific duration and are limited to the allocated time.
If you have multiple, complex, or additional concerns, a longer appointment must be booked in advance. Issues not addressed within the allocated appointment time will require a separate appointment to ensure proper care and to avoid delays for other patients. Delays affect the entire clinic and other patients waiting for care.
